Modern Banjaran ;)

Hey fellas !

I am up with my new blog.

India has so much diversity and people with different yet amazing traditions. One, which amazes me the most is Banjaran lifestyle !

The Banjaran look & their lifestyle has always seemed fascinating to me. It signifies being Free, Wild (in a unique way) and Independent .

So, in this blog I tried to give a modern twist to the Banjaran look .

Fashion is ultimately a form of self- expression .That’s why I love trying out new things !  ~ Madekwe

The Tee, I am wearing is from my Dad’s closet.(When comfort is your priority ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) Stealing was fun though. I paired it with my long slit skirt. Also, how can I forget the banjaran neckpiece and the bangles.

The eye make-up is totally inspired from Banjaran way of doing. I, personally love it. And yes, Messy hair.

Both eye make-up & messy hair are giving this complete get-up a carefree, savage and chic look.

For footwear, I chose my super comfy sport shoes giving the look a modern touch.

(Shoes being the saviour for almost all outfits)

The Crimson Glow.

Hey fellas,

I was vacationing before then got busy in other stuff but finally I am back with a new blog !!! *Excited enough*

These days cold shoulder outfits have taken up the market in its hold. It’s too worth having one in your closet as women of almost all ages can flaunt it.

But with the increasing trend are you bored of your normal cold shoulder shirt/ Top just like me and you feel a need to alter it with something new ? Well, no worries.

IMG_20170730_162835.jpg

Here, I experimented with my cold shoulder shirt and styled it in 3 different ways giving a complete bold look.

Look I :  Turtle Neck with a Knot at the back.

IMG_2036

In this look, I wore my shirt as a sleeveless turtle-neck top, buttoned at the back making a Knot out of the sleeves.

It gave my shirt a totally different as well as voguish look.

Look II :  Cold shoulder top with a V-line back .

IMG_2057.jpg

In this look I wore my shirt as a cold shoulder high-neck Top, giving a V-line at the back and a cute little knot in front. Slightly giving a belt look.

Also, I added a punch of blue in contrast adding charm to the complete look.

Look III :  Modern & Artistic Look.

This one’s my favorite. Classy & sophisticated .

IMG_20170730_161243 copy.jpg

I shaped my shirt into a triangle in front while taking the ends around the neck and making a Knot.

Additional Back Look : Free Fall

I completed this look with black jegging. Also, my super black Heels adding beauty to the look.

For hair, I made a messy Bun with a big clutcher because I find it cool.

Yes, final touch to the outfit was given by this hairdo for a complete bold & bossy look .

Details :

Cold shoulder shirt : Karol bagh market.

Jegging : Max store

Heels : Online store.

Black bracelet : Bought it from a craftsman.

Well shot by the talented & amazing photographer friend : @Adam Griniety ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ™‚

Writer’s Corner : Letter to my GrandPa.

Hello people, its my GrandPa’s 83rd Birth Anniversary.
Although, he’s not with us anymore ! But this blog is especially dedicated to him.

A letter to my Grandpa

Dearest GrandPa,
We all are fine and progressing in our lives like you always taught us. Hope you are at peace under the light of Heavenly Father.

You went without letting us know. Without seeing us settled like you once said, you wished so.

It was a major shock for everyone and also to me as it gave a deep impression for life long.

Losing you this soon, we never ever imagined even in our worst nightmares.

I really wanted to see your smile, when your wish to see your Grandchildren (Us) all well settled could have been fulfilled.I wish could see that satisfaction on your face.

You have always been our ideal, our source of inspiration!

You were a great scholar, renowned all over India.

After all, you were the most loved Professor (Head & Dean) of BHU , Varanasi.

I remember, how much you loved your books and how you used to make yourself busy with them most of the time.

Even after your retirement, people never left your enlightening shadow. You were always surrounded by students seeking the best knowledge of higher education from you.

You were such a generous and kind hearted person, I have ever known.

You were always ready and imparted knowledge to whosoever needed it. It’s been almost 6 years since you are gone and all these years we never missed you any less.

Your greatness cannot be put into words. I tried, though.

GrandPa, We love you so much.

I wish could go back in time and bring you back!

You are the LightHouse that could guide our ships to the shore (our goal)

It’s your 83rd Birth Anniversary !

A very Happy Birthday Baba! May you rest in peace and keep looking at us. Keep guiding us towards the Path of righteousness and help us in becoming a better human being, at first!

With your heavenly blessings, I know I could achieve anything and could lead a happy & peaceful life.

I miss you a lot GrandPa and love you the most !

From,

Your GrandChild .

Writer’s Corner: The Unraveled mystery of Agony.

Hello People, I am up with a new blog.

It’s about the thoughts that come up and stays when the night falls as the darkness unravel its secrets.”

Have you ever imagined how many stories you have been a part of ?

Why people stay in our lives transiently, casting a lifetime impression?

It can be any person whether a friend or a foe, a competitor, a mentor, a stranger, elders, anyone who touched our lives and made a difference.

Well, nobody really has an answer to it.

I am too searching for an answer because when somehow you detach from a person, you lose a part of yourself in due course of time. A part , that you cannot Undo, now!

Yes, the ideologies of Realists does say we learn and we evolve but the reality what we experience is; we does lose a valuable and pure part of us that cannot find its way back!

I completely agree, we realize it later that the problem was insignificant or the feelings were just out of a fairy’s bubble but you cannot deny the fact that at one point it broke you in innumerable pieces.

Breaking is a part of healing, but have you ever thought how much breaking will it take to become that so-called experienced and learned person?

I know you will find my question irrelevant here. Why?  Because we all are Human beings and till the very last breath we have to suffer the sufferings and evolve.

Have you ever thought how many people really mend their ways in the process of evolving mentally ?

Yes, most of the people; but what about the lot that could not bear and gave up?

I may sound bit pessimist and gloom-ridden sort of but see, the question is still there.

I know we have to go through every bit of suffering to know what is right for us but these questions keep me up late at night.

Healing is a powerful thing. It does make us strong. Yes, I agree but a part of me defies this law of nature. It asks why Pain?

“Why that pretty innocent flower even bloomed if it was destined to be crushed”?

I know you will find me contradictory if I say I am an optimist but sometimes, you have to face your own demons that some day wins and make you a defeatist.

I am aware of the fact that time is the best Healer of any misery . We eventually step forward in our lives with much zeal and happiness but what about in-between?

Have you ever thought about it?

Think about it but yes, never regret of your past and stay positive.

All of us have our moment in life when we break, fall apart, scream, cry out but always remember “We are much stronger than our weaknesses”.

Embrace your flaws, nurture your mind and keep exploring the inner you!

WE ARE A BEAUTIFUL PARADOX!

Each of us carrying a story, a mystery, a baggage, an agony and therefore fighting our own battles! ๐Ÿ™‚

Stay a fighter and Never give up on yourself.

P.S. : These are my thoughts & views.

Everyone has a view-point. So as me. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hope you like the blog!

Denim : Love that never fades! ;)

Hello people,

Do you know Denim has been used since mid 19th century??? Well, yeah its true!!

Still it’s so so in Fashion. ๐Ÿ˜‰

It’s the most classic dressing and widely picked up by the people. Reason being its the most comfortable, durable and of course trendy.

                                   “When in doubt, wear Denim”.

The beauty of denim lies in its Versatility as it goes with almost everything that’s why I started my blog with Denim. Also, it’s the most basic yet appealing kind of clothing.

Here, I paired my simple denim top with patchwork denim jegging.

You can pair it with simple jeans too but patchwork jeans are my personal favorite. I find it more captivating & classy!

Also, you can see I have adorned my look by tieing-up a scarf on my wrist. “A hand band” as I say! ๐Ÿ˜‰

PicsArt_06-27-01.34.08

As you can see, I also wore my scarf in different way on my head giving my look a bohemian touch . Yes my favorite look, you see! “A Head band” as I call it.

PicsArt_06-27-04.06.26

If you find your simple denim top just-so-simple , here is an idea.

You can use several pins and accessorize your top giving it a chic look!

Here I used “Crazy” , “Fries”, “Star” pins that I got it from an Instagram page @wildoreoshop

And here is the complete look of the denim outfit that I carried!
